Delaware RN licenses expire on February 28, May 31, or September 30 of odd years and RNs are required to complete 30 hours of CE every 2 years.

  • Log in to the DELPROS Licensing System: Nurses must access their account on the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation website. 
  • Complete the renewal application: This includes updating personal and professional information, attesting to the completion of CE requirements, and answering questions regarding any disciplinary actions or legal issues that may have occurred since the last renewal. 
  • Pay the renewal fee: The fee for RN license renewal in Delaware is $170
