Selona Alleyne, MSN, RN, CMSRN, NPD-BC, brings 14 years of extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, primarily specializing in Intermediate Care and Step-down units. With a solid foundation in patient care, Selona transitioned into a leadership role, serving as a Nurse Manager for three years. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to Nursing Education, where she leverages her practical experience to train and inspire the next generation of nurses. Her commitment to excellence and patient care has been recognized through the prestigious Good Samaritan Bronze award, which she has received twice.
